PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is required via bank transfer or any other acceptable means of payment on our website immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless agreed otherwise. For services involving Examination and Analysis of Data, a deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the work and production of the report. Reports will only be submitted after the full balance has been cleared. Where payment by bank transfer is not possible, a payment link to settle the invoice via credit or debit card can be requested. REFUND POLICY: Investigation Reports by Quantum Security do not reflect the client's perspective despite the fact they pay for the service. All expert reports reflect an objective analysis of the case reviewed, adhering to logical conclusions based on evidence. These findings may not necessarily favour the paying client. Our experts strictly follow UK Justice Ministry guidelines in all cases. We do not accept assignments predicated on pre-determined results aligned with a client's biases or preferences. As substantial resources and time are dedicated to each case, all cleared payments and deposits are non-refundable. PRIVACY POLICY: Quantum Security is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and complies with all applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and any other relevant UK legislation (collectively referred to as Data Protection Law). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB738403. The registration details can be verified via the ICO Data Protection Public Register. SUBMITTED PROPERTY RETENTION POLICY: Any unclaimed property submitted to Quantum Security will be securely disposed of or recycled after 30 days. Beyond this period, Quantum Security and its representatives will bear no liability to the client or any third party for the absence or loss of the submitted property. DATA RECOVERY SERVICE TERMS: Clients are advised to check their recovered data within 14 working days after collection and report any issues immediately for resolution. Failure to notify us within this period may result in additional charges. Our no-data, no-fee policy for data recovery cases applies only if the storage device has not been previously opened or tampered with before submission to us.
